The Culinary Classes at Mission Hill are one of our most popular winter experiences. If you have attended our culinary classes before, you know it’s an opportunity to hear about our culinary philosophy directly from our team, while also enjoying a beautiful three-course meal paired with our wines. For those who have yet to experience this evening, allow us to guide you through the evening.
You will be greeted with a glass of wine at the Keystone and guided to our Culinary Theatre. Once there, we have rows of tables set up facing the kitchen at the front of the room. Throughout the evening, our culinary team prepares dishes on our theme and speaks about the food and the wine pairings. Then, we serve the dish, so you can taste the creations. It’s an interactive evening, including an invite into our kitchen and down to the cellar during the meal. At the end of the night, you take home the recipes you tasted and attempt to recreate the dishes at home.
