1. Plenty of Places to Play
In the heat of an Okanagan summer, a refreshing dip in the pool is key for all ages. Take the kids to splash around in one of Predator Ridge’s three outdoor pools or burn off some energy at the indoor 25m lap pool. The outdoor pools are open to resort guests from May-October and each feature a hot tub and a bbq area. If you’d prefer some fun on dry land, there are two children’s playgrounds at the resort as well.
2. Family Trail Rides
Everyone in the family can take advantage of the bike rental service at Predator Ridge. Adults can choose from Mountain Bikes or Rail Trail Cruisers, and kid’s bikes are also available to rent. Once everyone has a bike and a helmet, it’s time to hit the trails! You can explore some of the 19 kms of trails in the Predator Ridge area, or you can take advantage of the shuttle service, which takes you and the family down to the Okanagan Rail Trail for a leisurely ride.
3. Kid Friendly Menus
The restaurants at Predator Ridge serve up exquisite food, but sometimes kids just want a cup filled with sugar! To satisfy their sweet tooth, Commonage Market at Predator Ridge offers slushies and a candy selection. Commonage Market also offers easy snack foods for the kids to munch on. Range Lounge & Grill also offers a kid menu featuring healthy foods always made fresh by our award-winning culinary team.
4. Free Golf Cart Rides
Let’s be honest, the kids aren’t the only ones who love the free golf cart rides! As long as they are accompanied by an adult, resort guests can use one of our resort golf carts for a free rides on our golf cart path system around the resort.*
5. Junior Tennis & Golf Camps
While enjoying your stay at Predator Ridge, your future PGA or Wimbledon stars can sharpen their skills at a three day Junior Golf or Tennis camp or receive lessons from Academy staff. These golf and tennis programs are available to kids aged 5-18 and include snacks, beverages, rule books and lots of fun!
